**Please note: Customs/import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. The charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Shop Runic has no control over any charges obtained. Custom and import policies are dependant on the country. We cannot estimate these charges so if you are unsure please contact your local customs authorities.**
You can return items to us within 14 days of goods received. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return; your item(s) must be unused in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.
For hygiene reasons we cannot offer refunds on ANY pierced jewellery.
To complete your return, please email: email@example.com with your full name, order number and reason for returning, once your email is recieved we will confirm return and email a form to fill in and send along with your item(s). (The form must be completed for us to process your return.)
Return postage & any fees incurred are the responsibility of the buyer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Upon approval your refund will be credited to your bank account.
Please allow up to 10 working days for refunds to appear in your account.
You can return an item for exchange up to 14 days after goods received, you can exchange for a different size for the same item only.
When we received your return we will send you an invoice for the additional postage (see postage prices above) to return your replacement to you.
You must obtain proof of postage just in case your item(s) are lost in transit. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to refund/exchange your return.
