ORDERS:

I NEED TO CANCEL/CHANGE MY ORDER, HOW DO I DO THIS?

Once your order has been placed we are unable to make any changes. If you chose the wrong item you will need to place a new order and return the unwanted item when it arrives. It is simple to return unwanted items back to us, go to our deliveries/exchanges page for more information.

I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER CONFIRMATION?

When you place an order you should receive 2 emails from us, firstly confirming your order and the second to confirm your order has been despatched. If you haven't received one or either of those please check in your junk folder. If you think you may have entered your email incorrectly please email us so we can adjust your details.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO BE DESPATCHED?

All orders can take up to 2 working days to be despatched. Please note that orders are not shipped at weekends or during bank holidays.

I HAVE RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM OR THERE ARE ITEMS MISSING.

We're sorry about that. Although we take great care in packaging items sometimes mistakes do happen. Please get in touch with us via email care@shoprunic.com within 48 hours of receiving your package and we will deal with it as quickly as possible.

When you contact us be sure to include your name, order number and the items that are missing. We'll get back to you as soon as possible!

MY ITEM HAS ARRIVED FAULTY/DAMAGED.

We're very sorry to hear that! If your order arrives faulty or damaged you must let us know within 48 hours. Please email care@shoprunic.co.uk with your name, order number and a photo of the damage or fault so we can assist you further.

HOW DO I FIND OUT MY RING SIZE?

One of the best ways to find out is to take a ring you already own and a ruler and measure the inside of the ring in mm.

Once you know the size you can use our sizing chart here. 

If you don't have a ring for the finger you want to purchase a ring for then you can use our handy downloadable ring sizer here. Once you have the size you can convert it into our sizes here.

I'VE RECEIVED MY ITEM BUT THE STONE LOOKS DIFFERENT TO THE IMAGE.

We use natural stones so some differences in colour, size and tones will occur, this is completely normal as each one is individual. The beauty of natural stones is that they are all unique.

THE ITEM I WANT IS OUT OF STOCK, WHEN WILL IT BE RESTOCKED?

If you select an item that is out of stock you will see a box appear underneath to enter your email so we can let you know as soon as we restock that product/size. If you do not see the box appear on an "out of stock" item please get in touch with us by emailing care@shoprunic.co.uk so we can notify you as soon as we restock.

PAYMENTS & DISCOUNTS:

I HAVE A DISCOUNT CODE, HOW DO I USE IT?

At the checkout, you will need to enter the code into the box on the right that says discount, to apply to the order click 'Apply' and the discount will be added. (see image below)

WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept most major credit/debit cards and paypal.

WHY ISN'T MY DISCOUNT CODE WORKING?

This could be because the discount code has expired so will no longer be valid. We only accept one discount code at a time. Codes are not valid on discounted or sale items.

WHERE CAN I GET A DISCOUNT CODE?

We will occasionally send out codes to our mailing list, join our list by signing up to our newsletter, just enter your email in the box at the bottom of this page.

CAN I ADD A DISCOUNT CODE TO AN ORDER I JUST PLACED?

Sorry, we cannot accept discount codes on current orders. However your code can be used on your next order.

Yes, if you have selected tracking you can track your order using the tracking number we sent via your despatch email. Track it here.

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY FEES COVERING?

The flat rate costs cover the processing, desired postage/shipping fees and packaging. We do not charge by the weight so fee's remain the same regardless of how much you order. :-)
